Mrs. Peggy Oxendine age 60 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on August 17, 1960 to the late Mr. Vardell Locklear and the late Mrs. Cassie McMillan departed this life into eternity on Thursday April 22, 2021 at Morrison Manor Hospice in Laurinburg, North Carolina surrounded by her loving family.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband Alvin Scott Oxendine of the home, one daughter, Casey Maria Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina; two sons, Michael Keith Locklear of Pembroke, North Carolina; Cody Varell Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina; four brothers; Eugene Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina; Leonard Locklear of Baltimore; Kenny Ray Locklear and Robert Lee Locklear both of Red Springs, North Carolina; five sisters: Carol Dean Bullard of Lumber Bridge, North Carolina; Pauline Cummings, Annie Mae Bullard and Laurie Ann Barnes all of Red Springs, North Carolina; Priscilla Jones of Laurinburg, North Carolina; eight grandchildren: Chelsi Oxendine,Lindsey Caroline Oxendine, Nakel Maray Jacobs, Haven Nikia Hardin,Genia Chrisanna Hardin, Malachi O'ryan Locklear, Kailah Rayanna Locklear and Riley Cole Locklear. A host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
