Mrs. Pauline Jones McPherson age 88 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on February 02, 1934, to the late Mr. Johnny Jones and the late Mrs. Lillie Mae Strickland Jones in Scotland County. She departed this life into eternity on Sunday, January 22, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Jessie McPherson, stepdaughter, Martha Ann Woods, grandson, Marvin Ray Jones.

She leaves to cherish her memories, two sons, Frank James McPherson (Jennie) of Red Springs, North Carolina; George Culbreth (Ann) of Rockfish, North Carolina; three daughters, Marilyn Jones (Marvin), Carolyn Hayes (Donnie) all of Red Springs, North Carolina; Doris Jacobs of Fayetteville, North Carolina; a grandson she raised as her own: Tarry Dwayne Jones, two brothers, Johnny Jones of Spartanburg, South Carolina; Robert Miller of Laurinburg, North Carolina; two sisters, Johnnie Lee McPherson of Laurinburg, North Carolina; Mrytle Wolfe of Columbia, South Carolina. A host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
