Mr. Paul Wayne Locklear age 46 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on November 25, 1977, to the late Paul Strickland and Doris Locklear in Scotland County, North Carolina. He departed this life on March 22, 2024, at his residence. He was preceded in death by a daughter Lucinda Smith.

Mr. Paul leaves to cherish his memories four sons: Bishop Locklear of Laurinburg, North Carolina, Chad Locklear and Brandon Locklear both of Rowland, North Carolina, Kydone Locklear of Lumberton, North Carolina, two daughters: Carolyn Locklear of Laurinburg, North Carolina, Hayden Locklear of Rowland, North Carolina, his mother: Doris Locklear of Rowland, North Carolina, one brother: Arnold Scott of Rowland, North Carolina, one sister: Jennifer Locklear of Rowland, North Carolina, four grandchildren: Haisley McLeod, DeAngelo McLeod Jr., Ashton McLeod, Haysem McLeod, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
