Ms. Pattie Lee Locklear age 57 of Laurel Hill, North Carolina was born on October 22, 1966, to the late Robert Godwin and Louise Locklear Bell in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life on September 25, 2024, at Scotland Memorial Hospital, Laurinburg, North Carolina. Along with her father she was preceded in death by her stepfather Jerry Bell, her son Timmy "TJ" Locklear, a brother Rodney Godwin, a sister Rebecca Locklear, aunts Verlene Jacobs and Rosie Locklear.

Ms. Pattie leaves to cherish her memories two sons: Jerry Locklear (Andrea), Chandler Hunt all of Laurel Hill, North Carolina, one daughter: Savannah Locklear of Laurel Hill, North Carolina, mother: Louise Locklear Bell, two brothers: Robert Locklear (Hannah), Terry Locklear  all of Rowland, North Carolina, two sisters: Bernadine Locklear (Dwight) of Rennert, North Carolina, Loria Ann Locklear (Ricky) of Red Springs, North Carolina, six grandchildren: Jaiden, Timmy, Jakaela, Makinzlee, Kinston, Dalayla, friends: Amanda Dunn, April Locklear, Shelley Turner, a host of nieces and nephews, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
