Ms. Patsy Locklear age 73 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on December 16, 1948, to the late DC Locklear and the late Betty Oxendine in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life on February 7, 2022, at Southeastern Hospice House, Lumberton, North Carolina. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Marvin Locklear, brothers Franklin Locklear, Panuel Locklear, Kenneth Locklear, Jerry Gene Locklear, Dan Dee Locklear, Gerald Locklear, sisters Donnie Brooks, Shirley Gutierrez, Verige Butler.

Ms. Patsy leaves to cherish her memories her daughter: Nicole Locklear-Felan and husband Alberto of Raeford, North Carolina, one brother: Parnell Locklear and wife Joanie of Red Springs, North Carolina, one sister: Betty Ann Carter of Virginia, one grandson: Brannigan Chase Locklear, two grand goddaughters: Lainey and Layla Faulk, a special little fellow she enjoyed: Jaxson Smith, a host of nieces, nephews, along with other relatives and friends.
