Mrs. Patsy Ann Jones age 69 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on November 04, 1951 in Robeson County to the late Mr. Sam Jacobs and the late Mrs. Ozella Strickland. She departed this life into eternity on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at UNC Southeastern Health in Lumberton, North Carolina  In addition to her biological parents she was preceded in death by her adopted parents, Mr. James Jones and Mrs. Annie C Jones, one daughter, Helen Ann Oxendine, two sisters, Betty Oxendine and Lorraine ( Rena) Oxendine, one brother, Rufus Jacobs, great grandson, Malachi Locklear.

Mrs.Patsy was a very loving mother and grandmother. She was a friend to many and always willing to give. She enjoyed beading earrings, making straw baskets and playing video games on her iPad. Visiting her family and friends was a joy to her and she will be truly missed by many.

She leaves to cherish her memories, three daughters, Ellie Jacobs (Wayland) of Lumberton, North Carolina; Denise Jones (Luis) of Maxton, North Carolina; and Sheila Jones of Shannon, North Carolina; one son, Tom Jones (Kim) of Maxton, North Carolina; father of her children and a loving friend, James Jones Jr. eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. special friends, Kathleen, Margie, and Patsy, and a host of other relatives and friends.
