Mrs. Patsy Ann Brooks age 73, of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on April 26, 1948, to the late William Lowery and the late Dorothy Lowery in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life into eternity on June 02, 2021. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by Lois Lowery and Donavan Lowery.

She leaves to cherish her memories her husband of 53 years H. B. Brooks, two sons: Wallace Lowery and William H. Brooks both of Red Springs, North Carolina, two daughters: Pammy Cummings of Pembroke, North Carolina and Janice Lowery of Red Springs, North Carolina, two brothers: William Jr. Lowery, Johnny Wayne Lowery both of Red Springs, North Carolina, six sisters: Clara Bell Brooks, Mary Ann Oxendine, Dorene Enriquez, Marilyn Lowery, Jessica Lowery, Judy Brooks, fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
