Mrs. Patrice Jacobs Locklear age 48 of Fayetteville, North Carolina was born on October 15, 1972 to the late Mr. Alvin Jacobs and Mrs. Patricia Shouse in Scotland County. She departed this life into eternity on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

She leaves to cherish her memories two children: Forrest Locklear and Katelyn Locklear, one step-daughter: Brianne Locklear: her mother, Patricia Shouse and stepfather, William Shouse. one sister, Crystal Evans, niece: Courtney Evans, nephew:Jacob Evans,  her significant other, Scott Phillips.
