Mr. Norman Oxendine age 50 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on June 27, 1973, to the late Mr. Norman Oxendine and late Mrs. Nora Mae Oxendine in Robeson County. He departed this life into eternity on July 24, 2023, at UNC Health Southeastern Medical Center. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his brother Johnny Ray Oxendine.

He leaves to cherish his memories, two daughters, Alisha Oxendine of Fayetteville, North Carolina; Nora Marie Oxendine of Lumberton, North Carolina; two brothers, Elvis Oxendine and Norman Jr. Oxendine of Fairmont, North Carolina; three sisters, Amy Locklear of Lumberton, North Carolina; Shelby Bartley and Snowdy Brewer of Fairmont, North Carolina; fiance, Patricia Chavis, special sister, Dreamer of Lumberton, North Carolina; seven grandchildren, Timmy, Jayden, Avah, Jamie, Promise, Tayviannah Lowery, Abrianna Dial and a host of other relatives and friends.
