Mr. Nicky Hunt age 56 of Pembroke, North Carolina was born on April 19, 1967 to the late Mr. Joseph Nick Hunt and late Mrs. Edna Lambert in Scotland County. He departed this life into eternity on June 10, 2023 at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, North Carolina. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by one brother, Dean Lambert, three sisters, Lois Lambert, Patricia Tyler, Mary Lois Locklear.

Nicky loved nature and he loved animals especially his horse Angel. Nicky loved to work and could do almost anything with his hands, especially drywall. Nicky loved his vehicles, especially his nova. Nicky was a very special brother and a friend to everyone. He will truly be missed. A special thanks to Terry and Dale for hosting our family during this time.

He leaves to cherish his memories six brothers, Jimmy Lambert of Black Hills, South Dakota; Dwayne Lambert of Pembroke, North Carolina; Robert Lambert (Karen) of Goldsboro, North Carolina; Russell Hunt (Bertha), Bill Hunt all of Red Springs, North Carolina; Joseph Chavis of Pembroke, North Carolina; three sisters. Brenda Lee Hunt (Alford) of Fairmont, North Carolina; Cathleen Oxendine of Pembroke, North Carolina; Emma Lois Locklear of Shannon, North Carolina, a very precious niece, Teresa Brewington, two special friends, Elton McGirt, Dennis Jones and a host of other nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
