Mr. Neil Ray Locklear age 32 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on August 31, 1988, to the late Mr. Kendall Hunt and Mrs. Tracey Spence in Robeson County. He departed this life on Monday, April 26, 2021.

Neil was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend to all that knew. He enjoyed working in drywall/construction and spending time with his family.

He leaves to cherish his memories; his mother, Tracey Spence of Red Springs, North Carolina; three brothers: Steven Woriax, Nicoya Thomas Dial, Travis Hammonds all of Red Springs, North Carolina; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Daphine Dial of Red Springs, North Carolina; nephew, Nathan Nicoya Dial; one niece Hayden Nicoya Dial; two uncles: Thomas Dial Jr, and Corey Dial; Aunts: Amy Jones, Carol Locklear, and Lucy Mandy Dial. Step-mother, Michelle Locklear,  Special friend, Barbara Forcier. several special cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
