Mr. Mitchell (Mickey) Bullard age 68 was born on May 30, 1952, to the late Belton Bullard and the late Arceolar Tyler Bullard in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life on March 28, 2021, at his home. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers Charles Bullard, Clayton Bullard, and Belton Jr. Bullard.

Mr. Mitchell leaves to cherish his memories one son: Joseph Mitchell Shumate of Winston Salem, North Carolina, two daughters: Jessica Bullard and Kimberly Bullard both of Winston Salem, North Carolina, three brothers: James Ellis Bullard, Jerry Bullard, and Don Bullard all of Maxton, North Carolina, three sisters: Geraldine Locklear, Delois Locklear, and Lori Ann McLaughlin all of Maxton, North Carolina, eight grandchildren: Sabrina, Dylan, Melanie, Diana, Alexis, Nathan, Kyah, Jeremiah, a host of nieces and nephews, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
