Mr. Michael Revels, age 67, was born on April 22, 1959, to Mr. Ander and Rosie Lee Revels. He departed this life into his Heavenly home on May 16, 2026, at the home place, Pembroke, NC. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ander Revels and Rosie Lee Revels and his only son, Winston Paul Revels, better known as (Hot Rod); who he missed dearly.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his four daughters: Miranda (Edward) Locklear of Pembroke, NC, Angelina Revels of Red Springs, NC, Evelyn Rose Revels of Pembroke, NC, and Beonna Revels of Red Springs, NC, his grandchildren: Chloe, Hunter, Edwin, Miley, Chance (CJ), Deonna, Vincent (Jr.), and Colton, and siblings: Patsy Hair, Gerald Revels, Rosetta Jacobs, Dale Revels, and Clara Faye Oxendine.
Michael Revels retired from the Department of Correction in 2021. He was a hardworking man and a dedicated welder whose hands help build and shape the world around him. Known for his strong work ethic and steady determination, Daddy took pride in his craft; spending many years mastering the trade and earning the respect of those who worked beside him.
Our Daddy taught us many things. When any of us needed anything, Daddy was the one to call. If he couldn’t do it or fix it, he knew someone who could and would.
After our brother’s death, we promised each other to work together on Saturdays to learn and make memories together. Saturday morning, May 16th, was a little different. He had a different meeting; not with his daughters and grandkids…But with the Master (the Man who knew everything).
