Ms. Mary Ann Chavis, age 58 of Maxton, North Carolina was born April 20,1964 to the late Mr. Riley Ray Chavis and the late Ms. Minnie Ree McMillian in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life into eternity on June 21, 2022 at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, North Carolina. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by two brothers; Michael Chavis and Johnny Chavis, one grandchild; Francheska Maynor.

She leaves to cherish her memories to her sons; Frankie Maynor (Stephanie McGirt) of Maxton, North Carolina; Shaun Maynor of Rowland, North Carolina; one daughter; Mary Alesia Maynor of Maxton, North Carolina; nine grandchildren; Miraela Maynor, Isaac Maynor, Frankie Maynor III, Malachi Maynor, Isabella Maynor, Micah Maynor, Dakota Maynor, Noah Maynor and Iclyn Maynor; one special cousin; Vonda Vincent Young; one special aunt; Carlean (Bay) Wallace; and a host of other relatives and friends.
