Mrs. Martha Lee Clark Lemons, age 98 of Shannon, North Carolina was born on November 2, 1922, to the late Bill Jernigan and the late Flora Ann Oxendine Jernigan in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life into eternity on Saturday, July 03, 2021, at First Health Hospice House in Moore County, North Carolina. Mrs. Martha was preceded in death by her husbands. Fletcher Clark and Jasper Lemons, children, Fletcher James Clark, Britton Clark, and Fanny Jane Rowsey, two granddaughters, Eugenia Lewis and Vickie Clark.

Mrs. Martha leaves to cherish her memories two daughters: Joanie Locklear and husband Parnell of Red Springs, North Carolina, and Flora Ann Locklear and husband Harmon, twenty-two grandchildren, fifty great-grandchildren, thirty-five great-great-grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
