Mr. Mark Stanley Browne, age 62 was born on October 26, 1958 to the late Mr. John Thomas Browne and the late Mrs. Lois Foxworth Browne.

He was summoned from this life on June 9, 2021 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital in Moore County, North Carolina following a brief illness.   Along with his parents he was preceded in death by three siblings, Jean Browne Ridley and Wanda Deneise Browne and William Browne.

Mark attended Red Springs High City School, where he excelled in track and football.  He graduated in 1977. Mark loved sports and followed his beloved Miami Dolphins.

He has two remaining siblings, Victor (Beverly) Browne of Sanford, North Carolina and Tomasine Browne McAllister of Raeford, North Carolina; three children, Quenisha Browne of Greensboro, North Carolina; Tykephas Browne of Red Springs, North Carolina; Felicia Worriax, of Pembroke, North Carolina; three special nephews, Ian Knight, of Greensboro, North Carolina; Edward McAllister, of Raeford, North Carolina; Evan McAllister, of Hope Mills, North Carolina;   seven grandchildren, Anisa Garner, Kennedy Browne, Tykephas Browne, Jr., Savion Browne, Taylor McBryde, Tristen Browne and Tyler Browne an aunt, Ernestine Collier and two uncles, Curtis Collier and Charles Browne of New York; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
