Mr. Marcus Ryan Oxendine age 27 of Raeford, North Carolina was born on March 5, 1994 to the late Mr. Merlin Ray Oxendine, Jr., and the Ms. Robin Oxendine in Cumberland County. He departed this life into eternity on May 13, 2021.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother Robin Oxendine of the home; one daughter, Merli'anna Maria Oxendine, one brother, Charles Austin Oxendine, paternal grandparents, Merlin Oxendine and Kathy Oxendine; maternal grandparents, Verzell Jacobs and Brenda Jacobs; a special thanks to a loving aunt, Lucille Locklear, a host of other relatives and friends.
