Ms. Louise Cummings Ransom age 65 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on February 18, 1956, to the late Gideon Cummings and the late Janie Bryant Cummings in Robeson County, North Carolina, and departed this life to her eternal home on Sunday, May 23, 2021, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson, three brothers Jerry Cummings, Wayman Cummings, Herman Cummings, three sisters Susie Jane Cummings, Marie Cummings Hunt, Cora Ann Locklear, a special step daddy Rev. Grady Hunt.

Ms. Louise leaves to cherish her memories two sons: Isaac Ransom of Red Springs, North Carolina, Carlyle Cummings ( Mary) of Pembroke, North Carolina, three brothers: Glenn E. Cummings, Gideon Jr. Cummings, Chancey Lawrence Locklear all of Raeford, North Carolina, one sister Lucille Jacobs of Raeford, North Carolina,  special friends: Belinda Goodman and Jenny Hunt, three grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
