Mrs. Louise R. Locklear age 76 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on April 14, 1946, to the late Charlie Ransom and the late Ethel Mae Locklear Ransom in Robeson County, North Carolina, and passed at her home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by three sons John Wayne Ransom, Kenny Ray Oxendine, and Steve Ray Locklear.

Mrs. Louise leaves to cherish her memories her husband: Almond Locklear of the home, one son: Timothy Patrick Locklear and Brooke of Lumber Bridge, North Carolina, and two daughters: Serena Lynn Young and Edwin of Raeford, North Carolina, Kelly Locklear of the home, three brothers: Junior Ransom of Lumber Bridge, North Carolina, Paul Ransom of Raeford, North Carolina, Rev. Adam Ransom of St.Pauls, North Carolina, seven sisters: Norlene Jones of Laurinburg, North Carolina, Mary Lois Maynor of Raeford, North Carolina, Marie Locklear of Wagram, North Carolina, Dorothy Long of Raeford, North Carolina, Mary Lee Bryant of Lumber Bridge, North Carolina, Lisa Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina, Eve Hardin of Wilmington, North Carolina, two special daughters: Carolyn Locklear and Sandy Locklear, ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends
