Mrs. Lora Mullins Locklear, age 55 of Pembroke, North Carolina was born on January 23, 1967, to the late Mr. Harold Mullins and the late Mrs. Rose Woodell. She departed this life into eternity Thursday, June 9, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Randy Jerome Locklear, one son, Nathaniel Devin Mullins (Chris Ann) of Pembroke, North Carolina; two daughters, Kelli Dial (Justin) and Victoria Dial Bullard (Cecil) all of Pembroke, North Carolina; three brothers, Terry Mullins (Tabatha) of Virginia; Dwayne Vesely and Jonathan Locklear both of Pembroke, North Carolina; three sisters, Libby Locklear (Danny), Lisa Scott (Vernon), Amy Blue (Tommy) all of Pembroke, North Carolina; special aunt and uncle, Victoria Gail and Jeff Mullins, special friend, Tracy Scott. five grandchildren, Noel Hunt, India Hunt, and Charlie Hunt; to Jaleah and Kyleah Bullard, she will always be bubba, three godchildren, Dustin, Riley, and Cannon (Nunk), and a host of other relatives and friends.
