Mr. Lonnie E. Locklear age 49 of Lumberton, North Carolina was born on August 21, 1974, to the late Jean Williamson and Howman Locklear in Robeson County, North Carolina. In the early morning on October 18, 2023, God called Lonnie E. Locklear (Lonnie B) home.  Along with his mother he was preceded in death by sister, Scarlet Lynn Locklear, and brother, Joshua Locklear.

Mr. Lonnie leaves to cherish his memories, father: Howman Locklear of Fairmont, North Carolina, two sons: Tyrek Fulmore, and Trelon Fulmore both of Fairmont, North Carolina, one daughter: Tienna Fulmore, a devoted friend: Vickie Fulmore, three brothers: Jeremy Locklear of Lumberton, North Carolina, Luke Locklear and Jose Locklear both of Fairmont, North Carolina, two sisters: Rebecca Locklear and Samantha Oxendine both of Burlington, North Carolina, one grandchild: Kylan Fulmore, four uncles, Herbert Locklear (Faye), Jerry Locklear (Nancy), Timmy Locklear (Tabitha) and Terry Locklear (Vickie), four aunts, Joann Bullard (Vardell), Lou Ellen Burns (Delton), Cynthia Blue (Ernie) and Sylvia Locklear (Michael), a friend he loved like a brother, Bobby Locklear along with a host of cousins whom he loved dearly and other relatives and friends.
