He leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Whitney Jacobs of the home, his children: Jamarcus Jacobs, Sabastan Jacobs, Lexter Mica McNeill, Achilles McNeill, Draco McNeill, Essence McNeill all of the home, Jayden McNeill of Lumberton, North Carolina; his mother, and father: Lori Ann McDougald and Roscoe McDougald of Fayetteville, North Carolina; his biological father Victor McNeill of Shannon, North Carolina; two brothers: Carlos McNeill of Lumberton, North Carolina;  Christopher McDougald of Lumberton, North Carolina;  one sister,  Brittany McNeill of Fayetteville, North Carolina; maternal grandmother: Clara Mae Worriax,  paternal grandmother: Gladys McNeill , nieces: Hazel Williams, Sim Soeun, nephews: Tyrell Cogdell Jr., Darrian Williams, two special friends: Stephan Harris and Danny Gillespie along with a host of other relatives and friends.
