He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Rosie Mae Bullard of  Red Springs, North Carolina; three sons, Patrick Locklear, Kenneth Locklear, and Lakota Locklear all of Red Springs, North Carolina; two daughters, Crystal Locklear of Wagram, North Carolina; Kendra Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina; one brother, Jerry Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina; four sisters, Penny Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina; Delois Thompson of Southport, North Carolina; Sally Locklear and Granny Locklear both of Shannon, North Carolina. seven grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
