Mrs. Kathleen Locklear Jones age 52 of Fayetteville, North Carolina was born on November 19, 1970, to Kathy Dial Locklear and the late Ernest B. Locklear in Robeson County, North Carolina. Along with her father she was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Jones, her brother Michael Ray Oxendine.

Mrs. Kathleen leaves to cherish her memories two sons: James Jones of Michigan, and Tony Jones of the home, one daughter: Merleen Davis and Shelton of Fayetteville, North Carolina, her mother: Kathy Dial Locklear of Shannon, North Carolina, two brothers: Donald Ray Locklear and Felicia, Ernest Locklear and Tonya of Shannon, North Carolina, four sisters: Joyce Marie Johnson and Linwood of Wagram, North Carolina, Mandy Jane Locklear and William Cummings, Kathy Ann Walker and Jack, Loretta Shorts and Mark, five grandchildren: Myia, Annika, Shelton Jr., Rayna, Ciara, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
