Mr. Kaleb Alexander Hunt age 21 of Maxton, North Carolina was born  September 05, 2002 at McLeod Medical Hospital in Dillon County, South Carolina. He departed this life into eternity on Friday, November 10, 2023, at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, North Carolina. He is preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Joann Hunt, grandmother, Wilma Chavis, and favorite Aunt, Mary Jane Richardson.

In the twenty one years Kaleb Alexander Hunt "KK" lived. He was a son, grandson, a brother, a uncle, nephew and a dear friend too many. Kaleb truly had a heart of gold. Always making others laugh and sharing joy with his contagious smile. Besides his contagious smile he was also known for his blue eyes that would light up any room he entered.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Ashley Hunt (Victor), father, Kerri Freeman. adopted father, Terry Chavis, seven brothers, Triston Hunt, Kaidon Hunt, Terry Chavis Jr, Adam Chavis, Hyren Chavis, Eli Chavis, Jacob Hunt, four sisters, Linjoya Freeman, Latoia Chavis, Ashton Hunt, Summer Hammonds, grandparents, Mitchell and Audrey Hunt, grandfather, Ricky Brown, a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
