Mr. Joshua Lee Scott, age 29, of Rowland, North Carolina was born on December 4, 1991, to his parents, the late Jimmy Scott and Barbara Locklear. He entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at UNC Southeastern Health in Lumberton, North Carolina. Joshua is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Celia Mae Locklear and James Locklear, and his parental grandparents, Dorothy Jacobs Scott and Jim Scott,

Joshua leaves to cherish his memories by his two sons, Joston Lee Scott of Pembroke, North Carolina, and Erickson Roy Porter of Pembroke, North Carolina, one daughter, Nakiya Haileyana Chavis of Pembroke, North Carolina, his mother, Barbara Locklear, and stepfather Clyde Johnson of Rowland, North Carolina, one brother, Jamie Lynn Scott of Rowland, North Carolina, three nieces, Remedy Scott, Kehloni Scott, and Kenailah Scott, and his girlfriend, Samatha Hutson and host of other relatives and friends.
