Mr. Joseph Julius Chincarini age 67 of Fayetteville, North Carolina was born on August 25th, 1958 in Baltimore Maryland. He departed this life into eternity on May 18, 2025 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.  Joe was the 3rd child out of 4. Joe is preceded in death by his father, Frank Chincarini; mother, Joan Phyles, brother, Frank Chincarini, sisters, Viola Durst and Barbra Langly, and nephew, Joshua Peeples.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy Chincarini, his daughter, Jaime Chincarini, and son-in-law, Tommy Thomas, adopted daughter, La'Tia (Tiapet) Frazier, granddaughters, Charlee-Rayne Ariel Thomas, Lillian Ann Thomas and Tomie Marie Joan Thomas.

Joe will be remembered as a great father, grandfather, son, brother and friend. Joe's memory will live on through those who knew and loved him. Forever in our hearts and never forgotten.
