Mr. John Weverly Jones age 56 of Shannon, North Carolina was born on October 08, 1964 to the late Mr. Bamos Jones and the late Mrs. Mary Lois Maynor in Robeson County. He departed this life into eternity on Sunday, March 21, 2021. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his grandmother, Letha Maynor.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Teresa Ann Locklear Jones of the home, one son: John Josiah Jones of the home; one daughter; Destiny Nakell Jones of the home; stepfather: Wilton King of Shannon, North Carolina; one sister: Jackie Chagolla of Shannon, North Carolina; special father-in law, Edward Locklear mother-in-law, Mundy Locklear;  special friends, Randy Locklear and Carl Stromeyer. A  host of other relatives and friends, Special Thanks to Red Springs Dialysis and HealthKeepers, friends and family that supported Mr. John during his extended illness.
