Mr. Jessie Junior Locklear age 49 of Pembroke, North Carolina entered into his heavenly home on Saturday October 25, 2025, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center. He was born on March 29, 1976, to Mrs. Mareen Clark. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jessie James and Gertrude Locklear, sister, June Carol Locklear.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother Mrs. Mareen Clark of Pembroke, North Carolina; two brothers, James Locklear Jr., Terry Lee Clark Jr and wife Jamie Lynn of Maxton, North Carolina.
