Mrs. Jessie Marie Driggers age 52 of Wagram, North Carolina was born on April 3, 1969, to the late Bolden Locklear and the late Jessie Strickland Locklear in Scotland County, North Carolina. She departed this life to her eternal home on December 15, 2021, at Firsthealth Moore Regional, Pinehurst, North Carolina. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Kelsey Royal.

She leaves to cherish her memories her husband: Charles Driggers of the home, three sons: Oscar Driggers (Melinda) of Laurinburg, North Carolina, Travis Driggers, and Chad Driggers both of the home, two brothers: Louis Locklear and Howard Locklear (Rethea) all of Wagram, North Carolina, two sisters: Margaret Thompson and Elsie Lowery both of Wagram, North Carolina, three grandchildren: Jillian, Kay, and Nolan along with a host of other relatives and friends.
