Mr. Jesse Lewis Fulmer age 31 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on October 23, 1991, to the late Lewis Fulmer and his mother Shirley Jacobs in Scotland County, North Carolina. He departed this life on September 30, 2023. Along with his father he was preceded in death by his grandmother Jesse Bell Fulmer.

Jesse leaves to cherish his memories three sons: Jesse Fulmer Jr., Lonnie Fulmer, Legacy Fulmer all of the home, his girlfriend: Lakata Hunt Fulmer of the home, two daughters: Jasmine Fulmer, Jozlynn Fulmer, one stepdaughter: Kiera Rutherford all of Lumberton, North Carolina, his mother: Shirley Jacobs of Red Springs, North Carolina, his stepmother: Carol Fulmer of Hamlet, North Carolina, two brothers: Bobby Ray Fulmer of Lumberton, North Carolina, Joshua Fulmer of St. Pauls, North Carolina, two sisters: Cheyenna Fulmer of Red Springs, North Carolina, Joy Emanuel (Lorenzo) of Shannon, North Carolina, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
