Mr. Jerry Wayne Locklear age 63 of Rowland, North Carolina was born on March 10, 1956 to the late Mr. Danny Locklear and the late Mrs. Nancy Jane Locklear. He entered into his heavenly home on Monday, December 30, 2019 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, South Carolina. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Aaron B. Locklear, five sisters: Pearline Stanton, Regina Strickland, Mary Alice Wilkins, Iula Oxendine and Roberta Oxendine; four brothers: John Luther Locklear (Blue Eyes), Carl Locklear, Dallas Locklear and Willie D. Locklear.

Mr. Jerry was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He worked as a Truck driver and was a great provider for his family. Jerry enjoyed Nascar Racing, FIshing and was a Carolina Tarheel fan. He also loved a Pepsi Cola.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories; his wife of 28 years Mrs. Betty Jane Locklear of the home, his son Ethan Wayne Locklear (Patience) of the home; one granddaughter, Nadah E. Locklear, one brother, Donald Locklear (Pauline) of Virginia; five sisters: Helen Campbell, Peggy Locklear and Pam Locklear all of Rowland, North Carolina; Judy Locklear (Hubert) of Maxton, North Carolina; and Nancy Jacobs (Darius) of Pembroke, North  Carolina. two special pets, snoopy and cowboy.  A host of other family and friends.
