Mr. Jeffrey Ray Bullard age 54 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on July 17, 1971, to the late Mr. Joseph Bullard and the late Mrs. Polly Mae Oxendine in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life on Monday, August 18, 2025, at UNC Southeastern in Lumberton, North Carolina. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Bullard.

Jeffrey leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Annie Locklear, two sons: Ridge Alexander Bullard (Chelsie Strickland), Jeffrey Ray Bullard Jr. (Rittie Oxendine), three daughters: Brittany Bullard, Sabrina Maynor (Glenn Fulmer), Camilia Bullard, five brothers: Jody Bullard, Tommy Bullard (Christina), Henry Bullard (Tracy), Tafford Bullard, Bobby Dean Bullard, two sisters: Darlene Lowry (Ricky), Connie Bullard Fulmer, nine grandchildren: Nahkyra, Tah'Mariah,  Ridge Alexander Jr., Paris, Donna, Jody, Elijah, Madelyn, Maeleigh, nephews: Nathaniel Fulmer, Urijah Fulmer, Lacy Bullard, Larry Dean Fulmer, his special pets: George and Champ, along with a host of other family and friends.
