Mr. James Ray Goins age 57 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on February 21, 1967, to the late Gilbert Goins and the late Esther Jones Goins in Scotland County. He departed this life into eternity on July 15, 2024.

Mr. James leaves to cherish his memories one brother: Donald Goins (Brittany English) of Maxton, North Carolina, one sister: Kathrye M. Locklear (Thomas) of Shannon, North Carolina, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
