Mr. James Franklin Locklear age 71 of Rennert, North Carolina was born on September 12, 1952 to the late Mr. French Locklear and late Dorothy McGee Locklear in Robeson County. He departed this life into eternity on September 30, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Inez Locklear, nephew, Jason Locklear, sister-in-law, Mary L. Clark, brothers-in-law, Richard Locklear, Timmy L. Clark.

He leaves to cherish his memories, three daughters, Wanita Michelle Locklear, Inette Saria Locklear (Michael Parker), Sequorka Locklear (Bobby Barnes) all of Rennert, North Carolina; one sister, Willie Mae Locklear of Pembroke, North Carolina; nieces, Sheryle Locklear, Lula Michelle Williams, Ashley Locklear, Angie Hunt, Regina Locklear, Alene Locklear, Bridget Chavis, nephews, Harvey Locklear, Ricky Locklear, great-grandchildren, Bobby Jr, Blossom, Zachery and a host of other relatives and friends.
