Mr. James Brian Collins, age 55 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on February 09, 1968, to the late Mr. Larry Collins and Mrs. Sannie Collins in Scotland County. He departed this life into eternity on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of 27 years, Mrs. Carol Collins of the home; one son Christian Collins of the home, one daughter, Cierra Nichole Blackhorse and husband Rylan of Maxton, North Carolina; his mother, Sannie Collins, one brother, Dr. Paul Collins and wife Penny all of Maxton, North Carolina; one grandaughter, Atalie Reese Blackhorse, three nephews: Zachary Collins, Noah Collins, Adam Collins and a host of other relatives and friends.
