Jackie Locklear age 66 of Shannon, North Carolina was born on July 15, 1955, to the late Thurston Creech and the late Polly Locklear in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life to eternity on December 5, 2021, at UNC Health Southeastern, Lumberton, North Carolina. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by one son Thurston Locklear, one daughter Crystal Bullard, four sisters Barbara Bullard, Tammy Locklear, Diane Locklear, Judy Locklear.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Wanda Locklear of the home, four sons: Isaiah Locklear and Ryan Locklear both of the home, Brad Jones of Lumberton, North Carolina, Jackie Jr. Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina, two daughters: Kelly Locklear of Pembroke, North Carolina, Angela Nelson of Richmond, Virginia, one brother, Garland Locklear of Raeford, North Carolina; three sisters: Anna Locklear, Betty Jane Thomas and husband Leo, Lori Ann Sampson all of Maxton, North Carolina, twenty-two grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
