Mr. Jack Mitchell Locklear age 69 of Lumberton, North Carolina departed this life on November 16, 2024, surrounded by his family. He was born on September 27, 1955, to the late Smith Locklear and the late Pauline Woods Locklear in Robeson County, North Carolina. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers Leon Locklear, Landis Locklear and Michael Locklear.

Jack was known for his ability to make everyone around him laugh. He enjoyed racing and corvettes. He also loved spending time with his daughter, grandchildren and siblings.
