Mr. Isaac Keith Locklear, age 18 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on April 13, 2003 to Mr. Dusty Chavis and Mrs. Tina Locklear in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life on June 27, 2021 into eternity at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Mr. Joseph Chavis and Mr. Stafford Locklear, Jr., his uncle, Corey Daniel and his great-great grandmother, Mrs. Priscilla Henderson (Ms. Folk).

He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Tina Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina; his father, Dusty Chavis of Wilmington, North Carolina;

His six siblings,  Mrs. Shania (Caleb) Nowland, of Virginia; Mr. Joseph Maynor of Red Springs, North Carolina; Mr. Dusty Chavis, Jr., of Red Springs, North Carolina; Malachi Locklear, of the home; Ms. Nevaeh Oxendine, of the home; and Ms. Takorah Locklear of the home, and Ms. Nahla Hicks.  Two grandmothers, Ms. Freida Daniels and Mrs. Beverly Locklear; and his great-grandmother, Pastor Audrey Jacobs and a host of other relatives and friends. Isaac was looking forward to raising his unborn son with his girlfriend, Danyale Locklear
