Mrs. Irma J. Maness, age 72 of Carthage, North Carolina was born on November 01, 1948 to the late Mr. James Fletcher Garner and the late Mrs. Kathleen Maness in Moore County.  She departed this life into eternity on Saturday, September 04, 2021 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Moore County. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by one son, Terry Bell and her siblings, Tony Garner, Ray Garner, Linda Lopez,and Ophelia Smith.

She leaves to cherish her memories, four sons: Lee Butler (Angela), William (Billy) Butler (Janet) all of Hoffman, North Carolina; Stephen Bell (Renee) of Carthage, North Carolina; Anthony Bell (Heather) of Dandridge Tennessee. thirteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren. A host of other relatives and friends.
