Mr. Hugh Alford Hargrove Jr of St. Paul's, North Carolina was born on March 21, 1968, to Mr. Hugh Hargrove and late Mrs. Mary Lee Locklear Hargrove in Robeson County. He departed this life into eternity on Tuesday, July 09, 2024, at UNC Southeastern Medical Center in Lumberton, North Carolina. Along with his mother he is preceded in death by one brother, Kenny Hargrove, three sisters, Susie Ann Locklear, Margaret Ann Martinez and Elaine Cummings.

Mr. Hugh Jr leaves to cherish his memories, his father, Hugh Hargrove Sr (Dorothy) of Clarkton, North Carolina; two brothers, James Hargrove of Bladenboro, North Carolina; Manardie Hargrove of Clarkton, North Carolina; three sisters, Sue McNeill of Lumber Bridge, North Carolina; Charlene Hargrove of Clarkton, North Carolina and Sarah Landeta of Bladenboro, North Carolina; nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
