Mr. Henry Woods age 93 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on August 10, 1929, to the late Mr. Lawrence Woods and the late Mrs. Anna Mae Oxendine Woods in Scotland County. He departed this life into eternity on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at his home surrounded by his loving family. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wives, Emma D. Woods and Winnie M. Woods. twenty-one siblings, eleven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.

Mr. Woods is survived by three daughters, Wanda Carol Davis of Raeford, North Carolina; Linda Woods Oxendine and husband Johnny Oxendine of the home, Patricia Ann Woods of Fayetteville, North Carolina; one son, Murino Woods of Raeford, North Carolina; step-sons, Teddy Knight, Ronald Knight (Sara) of Shannon, North Carolina; stepdaughters,Dianna Anderson (Kelvin) of Phoenix AZ; Faye Storms of Roswell New Mexico; brothers,Albert C. Woods (AC) of Maxton, North Carolina; Delton Woods of Raeford, North Carolina; Roosevelt Woods (Bad Eye) and Donald Ray Woods both of Red Springs, North Carolina; sisters, Rosie Bell Woods of Red Springs, North Carolina; Blondell Woods and Jessie Bell Woods both of Raeford, North Carolina; Dottie Ruth Woods of Prospect, North Carolina; Katrina Woods Locklear of Pembroke, North Carolina; twenty-seven grandchildren, thirty-eight great-grandchildren, nineteen great-great-grandchildren, two very loving caregivers April Locklear and Alex Locklear and a host of other relatives and friends.
