Mrs.Gwendeline Locklear age 56 of Raeford, North Carolina was born on April 20, 1967, to the late Mr. Prez Woods and late Mrs. Eva Bullard in Cumberland County. She departed this life into eternity on April 02, 2024, at her home. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her grandmother Lena Mae Oxendine.

Gwendeline was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and a friend to all that knew her. She enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family sharing her thoughts and memories, pampering herself and sharing her love by taking care of others. Her eight grandchildren who she adored was her pride and joy. She had a smile that was so radiant it would light up the room. She will be missed but her legacy of kindness and unconditional love will continue through her loving family.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Earnest Parker, one son, Terrance Locklear(Sheena) of Maxton, North Carolina; two daughters, Natisha Parker (Gregory) of Shannon, North Carolina; Madeline Blue (Dustin) of Raeford, North Carolina; one brother, Howard Woods, three sisters, Sheryl  Jacobs, Ashleen Bullard, and Veronda K. Bullard. Eight grandchildren, Lena Cummings, Chelsea Chavez, Naylah Parker, Nolan Black, Takayla Locklear, Tarosa Locklear, Terrance Locklear Jr and David Locklear. Special niece, Shellina McMillian, Special friends, Mrs. Melba of South Hoke, Mrs. Gloria Lowery, Lawanda Parker, Mrs. Lola of Raeford and a host of other relatives and friends.
