Mrs. Gertrude Locklear age 64 of St. Paul's, North Carolina was born on June 22, 1959, to the late Mr. Kenneth Ray Locklear and late Mrs. Crassie Locklear in Robeson County. She departed this life into eternity on May 28, 2024, at Morrison Manor Hospice in Laurinburg, North Carolina. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Tommy Locklear, brother, Harold Gene Jacobs.

She leaves to cherish her memories, two sons, Eugene Locklear, Tommy Locklear Jr, one daughter, Victoria Locklear, two brothers, Ronald Jacobs, Ricky Locklear, ten sisters, Sylvia Harrelson, Evelyn Lewis, Judy Bullard, Vicky Revels, Marilyn Dial, Cathy Locklear, Dorothy Locklear, Linda Oxendine, Joyce Locklear, Selena Locklear, eleven grandchildren, special friend, LaRuth Locklear, special niece, Veronica Locklear and a host of other relatives and friends.
