Mrs. Geraldine Clark age 80 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on February 24, 1943, to the late Hubert Locklear and the late Ethel Mae Lowery in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life into her heavenly home on June 29, 2023, at UNC Health Southeastern, Lumberton, North Carolina. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Claudie "Carson" Clark, son, William Clark (Zena), two daughters, Terry Lynn Brayboy, Bobbie Ann Locklear, two brothers, Rev. Edmond Locklear Jr , Kern Locklear, two sisters, Helen Teague and Shelby Watts.

She leaves to cherish her memories, three sons, Randy Clark (Anna), Rondell Clark (Gloria), Jeffrey Clark (Marshonda),three special children that she raised as her own, Damon Locklear Jr (Shelly), Steven Locklear of the home, and Willie Ray (Leslie) ; sixteen grandchildren, Christopher Clark (Patricia), Latisha Clark Moore (Lloyd), Tonya White Chavis (Brian), Bryon Stacey Clark, Clayton Brayboy (Courtney), Victor Clark (Ashley), Joshua Clark (Kara), Joseph Clark (Kesha), Bobbie Joe Clark (Jennifer), Matthew Clark (Tad), Jonathan Brayboy (Desiree), Wesley Brayboy, David Brown, Nickie Clark, Joey Locklear (Myra), Jeffrey James Clark, thirty-two great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
