Mr. French Thomas McGirt was born on October 28th, 1944, and departed for his eternal heavenly home on December 29th, 2022, at 7:45pm in his home with the care of his loving family.

He is Preceded in death by his Parents, Mr. Lee Thomas McGirt and Mrs. Nancy Bryant McGirt; two Brothers; Telford McGirt, and Mr. Delton McGirt; two sisters; Ms. Sally Locklear, and Ms. Vertis White, Three Grandchildren and Three Great Grandchildren.

Mr. McGirt is survived by the love of his life his Beloved wife of 55 years, Mrs. Barbara McGirt, Loving Children Mr. Tony (Sue) McGirt, Mr. Chuckajuana "man" (Tilly) McGirt, Ms. Tonia McGirt, Mrs. Pecola McGirt (Johnny) Locklear; two brothers Mr. Earl Goins, and Mr. Graylon (Rose) McGirt; Eight Grandchildren, Five Great grands; A special nephew Mr. Randy McGirt, A special niece Mrs. Cleo Chavis; and a host of family, relatives and friends
