Ms. Frances Marie Hunt, age 62 of Pembroke NC went to her heavenly home on Sunday September 5th, 2021 at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton NC. She was born October 9th, 1958 to Mrs. Frances Hunt and the late James Lacy Hunt Sr. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Gus and Leola Revels; paternal grandparents, Jerger Huggin and Maggie Hunt, a brother, James Lacy Hunt Jr.(Sonnyboy). She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Mrs. Frances Hunt of Rowland; her son and daughter in law, Patrick and Casaundra Locklear of Rennert; two adopted daughters, Della and Myra Hunt; two brothers, Frankie(Sandy)Hunt and Gregory Hunt; a niece, Hope Hunt and a nephew, Ethan Hunt; her grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Keithan Strickland; Calondra, Paxton and Payton Locklear; one special niece, Eugenia Dell Walton; and her lifelong best friend, Mr. Jackie Blue As well as spending time with her family she always made sure that everyone's needs were taken care of before her own whether it was baking a cake, cooking food or just a card in the mail. It's the little things like this we will miss from our " Cooking, Cupcake Queen". A walk through visitation will be held on Thursday, September 09, 2021 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Mask are required and social distancing requested.
