Mr. Farrel Hammonds age 45 of Buffalo New York formerly of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on October 12, 1977, to Mr. Furman Locklear and Mrs. Pattie McMillian Strickland in Scotland County. He departed this life into eternity on Sunday, January 29, 2023, at Buffalo General Medical Center in Buffalo, New York. He is preceded in death by one brother, Leslie McMillian, nephew, Early Bullard.

He leaves to cherish his memories, Mr. Furman Locklear of Wagram, North Carolina; mother, Mrs. Pattie McMillian Strickland of Lumberton, North Carolina; a special son, Garrett, a special daughter, Gabbi ,a special grandson Lakota, two brothers, Patrick McMillian of Lumberton, North Carolina; Zachary Locklear of Laurinburg, North Carolina; four sisters, Priscilla Hammonds of Lumberton, North Carolina, Crystal Bullard of Red Springs, North Carolina; Kayla Lewis of Laurinburg, North Carolina; Brittany Locklear of Wagram, North Carolina; special brother in law, Clayton Bullard, a special cousin, Taylor Jackson, nineteen nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
