Mrs. Evion Dial Cartwright age 79 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on July 26, 1941, to the late William and Sarah Jane Dial in Robeson County, North Carolina. She entered into eternity on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at her home surrounded by her family. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Harold Cartwright, brothers Vernon Dial, James Hitler Dial, Dormic Dial, her sister Elizabeth Toni Locklear.

Mrs. Evion leaves to cherish her memories three sisters: Louise D. Pate, Betty D. Locklear, and husband Vernon all of Red Springs, North Carolina, Ruth Locklear and husband Ernest of Maxton, North Carolina, one brother William Roger Dial and wife Kathy of Red Springs, North Carolina, her special pet, a host of nieces and nephews, a host of great-nieces and great-nephews, a special friend of the family, Tommy Dorsey Dial of Pembroke, North Carolina, a special cousin Mary Bell Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina along with a host of other relatives and friends.
