Mrs. Evia Emanuel Locklear age 81 of Fairmont, North Carolina was born on July 27, 1941, in Robeson County, North Carolina to the late Sylvester Emanuel and the late Flora Jane Brooks, and departed this life to eternity on June 04, 2023, at her home. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Leroy Locklear and her siblings.
